Carla Gugino

Carla Gugino is an American actress most famous by her portrayals of Sally Jupiter in the movie 'Watchmen,' Ingrid Cortez in the 'Spy Kids' trilogy, and as the character of Dr. Vera Gorski in 'Sucker Punch. Also, she's popular for playing lead characters in the TV series 'Threshold' and 'Karen Sisco'. Furthermore, she has performed in a variety of films, including 'Son in Law", "Night at the Museum' and 'The Space Between Us', just to be a couple of. She has also had her voice included in various films. Born to an orthodontist father and a "Bohemian" mother, Gugino lived in two different houses after the divorce of her parents when she was two. Gugino was an "A" student through high school, and she received the honor of being valedictorian. Influenced by the model Carol Merrill who was her aunt, Gugino enrolled in acting. Gugino gained independence and was free after she turned 16 years old.
