Anne Phung Nguyen
My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible husband JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people are acquainted with me via my Instagram @annephung where I write about my experiences - both lows and highs, as well as everything throughout. My parents welcomed me into America in 1990, at the time I was only one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't have the opportunity to share my story to you now in the event that my parents did not work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Knowing I had an opportunity at a better future I worked hard to make them proud and experienced a narrow vision regarding success. I had a plan in life: go to the college of my choice, then get a corporate job get married buy a house and have kids. I figured that was the epitome of success But life has other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. The amount of money I earned and the status of my work didn't make me feel happy. It was as if I was wasting my time and energy for a paycheck. While I was looking for a new career path I realized that I was passionate about doing fitness. I also loved socializing and being able to help others. In 2014, I launched my own company. I am celebrating my seventh anniversary in 2021. Few Asian women work in this industry. As a coach I'm determined create a change through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and more content. Also, I want others to feel empowered and able to pursue their desires and be able to achieve whatever they would like to achieve in life. When my work was waning off, I suffered the greatest loss of my life thus far- the passing of my mom. She won her eight year fight against the illness and rests in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. Life really does have a way with giving us everything we want, even when we're unable to see the lesson at the moment. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right for her to move on to the next chapter in her story as well as my opportunity to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. In my 30's, it is the first that I truly feel like it's a good time to be alive. My experiences are available to you in order that I may share with you my experiences and words. This will help you be aware that you are not alone. There is a way to accomplish any thing if you put your mind to the task. Therapy is natural and important. Health is the greatest wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and end it without regrets as death is the only thing that we are promised during our lifetime.
